It's back! With the goal of bringing a little cheer to patients in the hospital during the holiday season, the deviantART Holiday Card Project connects deviants from around the world and applies their tremendous artistic abilities in designing and creating uplifting holiday cards. In past years, the Project has received more than 5,000 cards sent in by more than 1,000 deviants from 50 different countries/political regions. Cards were then divvied up and distributed in-person by deviantART members to local Los Angeles, CA hospitals, with additional cards given to various hospitals in the U.S. and abroad for hospital staff members to hand out

Three blues~!!!

In the fair, I just entered my photos. One was an 8 x 10 macro of an iris, and then I had two sets of four 4 x 6's. One of the sets was of close-ups of flowers, which was my favorite, and then the other one was of trees with the sun peaking through them. One of the pictures on that set was "Arizona 2", if it matters. :) The iris and the set of flowers were both starred, which means that they will be considered for BEST IN SHOW!!! Two year in a row of Best in Show would be pretty cool, huh? (This picture here is the one I got Best in Show for in 2011, and I didn't participate last year, because I was out-of-state for a funeral) ***EDIT***

OH MY GOD GUYS GRRR

Grandma is such a jerk to Grandpa! I mean, my grandpa is pretty much deaf (farming, hunting, and constant arguing mixed with age will do that to a person) so he can hear low-frequency sounds like the buzzing of a cell phone, but not higher-frequency ones, like female voices. (My dog is actually the exact opposite) But anyway, so Gma was standing behind him and talking about how we could have had dinner with the neighbors (which I thought was weird, because it wasn't planned beforehand, but okay...) because they already had their grill and stuff out, and Gpa couldn't hear her.
